Proposition Chicken

Proposition Chicken puts quality and choice at the top of the ballot for their guests. Founded in 2013 by co-founders Ari Feingold and Max Cohen, the chicken shop has always let folks choose their own adventure from fried, flipped (rotisserie), or fake (barbecue tofu) as a sandwich, salad, or entree. Their commitment to quality means they only use Mary’s free-range, air-chilled chicken, and nearly their entire menu is made from scratch in house, from sauces to marinades to salad dressings.
