Co-founders Jake Godby and Sean Vahey opened their first shop in 2008 and, since then, have dreamt up dozens of flavors that run the gamut from classic (Tahitian Vanilla, Peanut Butter Fudge Ripple) to iconoclastic (Foie Gras, Secret Breakfast).
