Oren Dobronsky, an Israeli technologist with 4 successful start-ups under his belt, was happily settled in Silicon Valley but one thing was missing: a big plate of creamy hummus like back home in Tel Aviv. A true entrepreneur, Oren decided to take matters into his own hands - he and his wife Nancy opened the first Oren’s Hummus, an authentic Israeli restaurant in Palo Alto. Oren’s has become a Bay Area favorite known for its creamy hummus bowls, fluffy pita sandwiches, and signature dips and spreads.
